*As above, but print media will be shipped seperately.

International Shipping Information

*Since large packages vary by country, please EMAIL for a shipping quote. We will send you an invoice for your purchase once the correct shipping amount has been determined.

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:
1. All US packages will include delivery confirmation to ensure that orders are delivered in a timely fashion and are traceable by our customers. You will receive a confirmation email once your parcel has shipped.
2. International parcels are priced as cost effectively as possible. If anyone has better suggestions on a more affordable international shipping option, please contact us via email at centerstagehobbies@yahoo.com
3. In order to ensure maximum value, large international orders will be shipped in secure bulk packaging instead of our standard retail packaging. It’s easier to fit more than 7 or 8 miniatures in one clamshell rather than bumping up to the next size package, which often costs far more.

Missing Pieces & Miscasts

Miniatures that are found to have missing or imperfect pieces will be replaced at no charge. Simply use the “Contact Us” form and let us know which piece your figure was missing when it was shipped. We try very hard to ensure exceptional quality in every casting, but on occasion imperfections do slip through.

Returns

Returns must be received within 10 days. Refunds will be tendered in store credit and will be issued as a coupon code through our online store. You must pay the cost of return shipping and it will not be refunded. Return shipping is at your own risk and we recommend delivery confirmation on all returns.
